You’re waiting outside the headmistress’ office, about to be caned for a foolish rules-breaking. Unfortunately for you, I’m a prefect here and I know ALL about what happens in the headmistress’ office. And I want to tell you everything, give you loads of (not very helpful) advice, and to let you know that I’ll be listening in to your painful interview, to check whether you cry or not! It’s hard to tell whether I’m trying to help, or just trying to freak you out, but you’re stuck with me, in the hall, waiting to be called in.
