Little Cleo is ready to go to her friend’s birthday party. She has on a sweet little party dress and is waiting to go. But her mommy, Alex Reynolds, says that due to her history of getting distracted at busy and fun events, Cleo needs a diaper to avoid any accidents. Cleo insists over and over that she doesn’t need a diaper. Her protests turn into a tantrum.
