In this informal, friendly video, my husband Hywel and I show you how we rig for our site, restrainedelegance. I tie my own legs in a frogtie, while explaining how to cause your model minimal discomfort and make the rope as neat as possible. Then Hywel takes over to tie my elbows together behind me, and my wrists together too.

I’m fully nude throughout, and we chat cheerfully with you about how we try to keep our models safe and comfortable, even when one of the models is me.
