Self-Bastinado & Nipple Clamp Meditation – Ariel Anderssen Studio

I’m reading at the poetry society tonight, and on arrival, I must prepare to get into the right frame of mind. They’ve thoughtfully left out instructions and equipment for me to use, as I rehearse my poetry reading. First – the foot whipping! I take off my sneakers, pick up the pink leather strap, and use it first on the sole of my right foot, then the left, 8 times on each side, while reciting the poem.

Next, I strip off my tshirt, and use the chopsticks as nipple clamps, moving the elastics to make the clamps bit harder and harder as I recite the poem again. Finally, I take up my position (with the clamps at their most severe setting) and read the whole poem from start to finish. Now I’m definitely prepared! I strip off the rest of my clothes (just my tight black jeans) and take my waiting position, presenting my bare nipples and feet to whoever will come and collect me!
