Anty takes the cane from Matron – At Home with Miss Iceni

Anty and Timmy have been caught leaving the Reformatory late at night, having climbed out of a window. Here, Matron reprimands Anty, who she knows is the ring-leader, despite her protestations of innocence. Anty knows she has broken the rules: leaving the Reformatory without permission is strictly forbidden. Also, she refuses to admit it was her idea. So Matron decides to give her a harsh caning to teach her a lesson.
