Ball gag

Traditionally, a ball gag consists of a colored ball (usually red or black), which is placed behind the subject’s teeth. Most are made of solid rubber, but hollow ones of rubber or plastic are also available. In spanking, it is often used to keep the spankee from making annoying whining, complaining, or begging noises. Ball gags are still seen by many as a more intense form of gag and, thus, is rarely seen in many role playing scenarios.
