It’s my second session with this new online personal trainer, and while I’m still uncertain about the electric butt plug element of the experience, he does seem to understand what it’ll take to get me really fit. So when he tells me to insert the device and make sure he can see exactly what I’m doing (for safety) I do just as he says. Then he tells me to put on my headphones and cycle upside down with my legs in the air, in time with the music. But the music is incredibly fast! Far too quick for me to keep up with! Which is when the electric shocks start coming. They distract me and make it even harder to keep going!
I’m exhausted in no time, and my muscles are tired, but worst of all is the increasing electric shocks in my butt! Eventually, the track is over, and my trainer tells me it’s time for squats. Thank goodness, the music is slower, but I’m horrified to discover the track is over 4 minutes long and I’ve never done more than about 10 squats in a row! Of course, my trainer doesn’t let up with the electric shocks as I tire from all the squats, and then he has me kneel on the floor to do a variation in a kneeling position. I feel absolutely exhausted by this session, and the butt plug makes the pain intolerable!
